Guess who's ready for Christmas break...

Anna Elementary Little Cheerleaders did a wonderful job performing during the halftime of both the JV and Varsity basketball games! Go Rockets!

One of this week's lessons in 8th grade Careers class was a quality control assembly line challenge. Students saw the benefits of using an assembly line and how it is affected by workers not showing up, showing up under the influence, and by other negative behaviors.

Our JH Cheerleaders are in the Christmas spirit! Go Rockets!

Thanks to the Shelby County Sheriff's Department for visiting our 7th grade careers class today!

This afternoon, school districts across the state of Ohio, including the Anna Local Schools received an email message alleging explosive devices at school from an account claiming to be a Russian terrorist. On Friday, school districts in Texas received a very similar message.
In discussion with local law enforcement officials as well as other schools in Ohio, Law enforcement agencies, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), have been actively monitoring these threats.
Through their investigation, the FBI has deemed these threats not credible. While we have no reason to believe these threats are credible, school officials have reviewed security footage and checked the buildings and grounds.
School will be in session tomorrow and safety of students and staff remain our top priority.

Some of our MS Students attended a Techie Workshop this weekend to explore mobile app development and how to use app components including user interface, graphics, media and sensors. Thanks for organizing Mrs. Littlefield!
