Anna Local Schools

Thank you to Chief Bender for organizing another awesome Fire Safety Day for the students of Anna Elementary. We truly appreciate all of the volunteers that spent the day with us, especially the Deeren family. The students participated in five different stations including using a fire extinguisher, learning basic first aid skills, learning about how to be safe around power lines, learning about local police dogs and how they can help law enforcement, and heard the first hand experiences of the Deeren family regarding their house fire.  The students enjoyed the day and learned a lot of valuable information.
